Are you an experienced early childhood professional with a passion for child-led learning and leadership? We’re looking for an inspiring Assistant Director to help lead a high-quality, Montessori centre located in Brisbane’s inner south.
- Join a small, community-based early learning centre that places children at the heart of everything

- Support the Centre Director with the daily operations and leadership of the centre
- Mentor and guide educators in Montessori-inspired and play-based practice
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and support the continuous improvement plan
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the wider community
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Understanding of Montessori or interest in alternative early education approaches
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organisational skills
