- Build trusting relationships with families, children, staff, and the wider community
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and best practice in early years education
- A confident, warm communicator who thrives on building relationships
- Passion for inclusive, respectful, and holistic early learning environments
