About the Role
- Plan and implement programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
- Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and QKLG
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early learning and making a difference in young lives
